Refunds & Delivery

Tickets are non-refundable. Once payment is confirmed — whether by card or verified bank transfer — we don't offer cash refunds for a change of mind, or if you're unable to attend.

You can pass your ticket on to someone else. Since access runs on your invite code, that just means sharing the code and the guest details (name, drawing/photo challenge) with whoever's attending in your place — get in touch at info@bandittheory.com if you'd like us to update the name on file.

If we cancel or postpone an event ourselves, everyone holding a paid ticket for it will be offered a full refund or a transfer to the rescheduled date — we'll email whichever guest details we have on file.

If an Artifact arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it in full, including any delivery cost. Outside of that, physical objects are made in small runs and generally aren't refundable once shipped — reach out first if something's wrong and we'll sort it out.

Bank-transfer orders that we haven't yet confirmed (i.e. we're still verifying your receipt) can be cancelled any time before confirmation by emailing info@bandittheory.com.

We don't collect a shipping address at checkout. Once your payment is confirmed, we'll email the address you gave us to arrange delivery directly — so please use an email address you check. Delivery is handled case by case (courier or postal, depending on the item and your location) and we'll confirm an estimated timeframe by email once it's arranged.

• —Local (Sri Lanka) deliveries typically go out within 1–2 weeks of order confirmation.
• —International deliveries are arranged individually — we'll quote any additional shipping cost by email before sending.
