Terms of Service

bandittheory.com is operated by Bandit Theory Creatives (Pvt) Ltd, a company incorporated in Sri Lanka ("Bandit Theory", "we", "us"). We're a creative studio working across film, tech and design, and we also run live events ("One of Us") and sell a small range of physical objects ("Artifacts" / the Shop). By using this site, buying a ticket, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

• —Event tickets for One of Us — a small, invite-based studio event held on the date and at the venue stated on the ticket page.
• —Artifacts — limited-run physical objects made by the studio, listed with their price and description on the Shop page.

All prices on the site are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless stated otherwise, and are inclusive of any tax we're required to charge.

You can pay by card, processed through our payment gateway partner PAYable (PAYable (Pvt) Ltd), or by direct bank transfer with a receipt uploaded for our team to verify. Card payments are handled entirely on PAYable's own secure checkout page — we never see or store your full card number. See our Privacy Policy for how payment and order data is handled.

The invite codes, drawing challenges and any content you submit through the site are for genuine event participants only. We may cancel an order or revoke a ticket/invite if we reasonably believe it was obtained fraudulently, or if the payment behind it is reversed or fails verification.

The site and everything sold through it are provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, attendance at an event, or use of an Artifact. Nothing here limits liability that can't be excluded under Sri Lankan law.

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any dispute is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Sri Lankan courts.
